I nearly got a concussion when
doing a trust fall with friends and was abandoned several times during projects
as the only one doing it. feel ya buddy.Cassandra was a young girl with cancer
who passed away several years ago. Before she died, she was a dream recipient
for am organization I was a part of four a time at college. Similar to make a
wish, we would find a local child and fundraise for them for a semester to
grant a dream for them.While Cassandra was our dreamer, our university hosted
Relay For Life. Our organization made a team, and Cassandra was a guest of
honor at the event. Now this particular Relay decided to host a Mr. and Miss
Relay pageant, which I somehow accidentally found myself in as a
contestant.Now, I don’t like pageants. I think they’re silly and dated and
ultimately damaging. It has been my dream for a while to dismantle one from the
inside. This was the perfect opportunity for me.
